Job Description:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join the team at a well established company in the Dallas,Texas area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and deep learning, as well as experience working with large datasets and real-world applications. This is a Direct Hire. We also have several similar positions located in other parts of the country. Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy machine learning models and algorithms for a variety of applications, including predictive analytics, natural language processing, computer vision, and recommendation systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and opportunities where machine learning can add value.
• Design, implement, and evaluate experiments and prototypes to validate hypotheses and demonstrate proof-of-concept.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform model development and optimization.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, software engineers, and product managers to develop end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements and customer needs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and industry trends in machine learning and related fields, and apply that knowledge to enhance our products and services.
• Mentor junior members of the team, and contribute to the growth and development of the machine learning practice within the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of industry experience in machine learning, with a strong focus on deep learning and neural networks.
• Proven track record of delivering successful machine learning projects, from ideation to production deployment.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and SQL.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to team growth and development.
